1. What is My Account?

My Account is your personal space which provides a convenient way to edit or manage your personal information with ‘My Account’ will provide you the information regarding: status of your order, previous orders, make a payment, bank information, and your preferences for mails and update your information.

2. Why should I register for it?

You are required to register, because it will be a convenient and transparent way to track and have a proper record of your purchases with us. It helps to provide a way to you for tracking the status of your order with us. If you do not register then it will be difficult for us to record your progress.

3. How do I activate My Account and create a username and password?

If you still haven't created your My Account profile, simply follow these steps.

  • To activate your account on our website, click on the “Log In” button at top right of the home page.
  • Then click on “Create an Account” under ‘New Customers’.
  • Fill your information like your Name, the Email Id, and Mobile/Phone Number you want to register with us.
  • Enter the Password and then Confirm Password.
  • Click “Submit”.
  • Your Homoeopathic shop account has been created.

4. How do I update my email address?

Go to My Account>My Dashboard>Click on ‘Edit’ at contact information. Update your email address and enter "Save".

5. How do I change my password?

Under My Account>My Dashboard>Click on ‘Edit’ at contact information>Change Password. Enter “Save”.

6. How do I change my billing/shipping address?

Go to My Account>My Dashboard >Address book>Edit Address>Fill the Form. Enter “Save Address”.

7. I have forgotten my password. How to retrieve password?

To retrieve your password, go to My Account enter the registered email address, then click “Forgot your password?” An email will be sent to your registered account with a reset password link. Once the email arrives, click the reset password link to continue and enter details accordingly to recover password. If you do not receive this email, make sure to check your junk mail folder.


1. How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once your order is placed and confirmed, you will see a confirmation page displaying a unique Order ID, shipping address with the estimated date of delivery. In addition, you will receive ‘an email’ confirming your order details. Also, if you place COD order then you may receive a COD confirmation call from our executive to ensure the dispatch of your COD order on time.

2. How do I check the current status of my orders?

You can review the status of your orders and other related information in the 'My Account' section. In the My Account page, click on the 'My Orders' link to view the status of the orders you have placed with us. To view the status of a specific order, click on the "View Order" option on the particular order.

3. Can I order a product that is 'Out of Stock'?

'Out of Stock' products are not available with the sellers and hence cannot be ordered by the customers. You can contact us on 9540461510 about the arrival of product. We will inform you when the product will be ‘in stock’.

4. Is it necessary to have an account to place an order on Homoeopathic Shop?

No, you do not necessarily need an account with us to place an order. You can directly book an order as a guest by just providing your valid email address for correspondence. However, we highly recommend that you do create a Homoeopathic Shop account. This will allow you to have a track record with us regarding all your orders.

5. What is the maximum number of a particular product that can be purchased at one time?

For any particular product, the maximum quantity that can be purchased at a time is ‘10’.

6. Can I leave items in my cart for future purchase?

Yes, you can leave items in your cart for future purchase provided the same device is used for the purchase.

7. Can I change the order already placed?

Yes, you can change the order which you have already placed with us. Noticeably, only the quantity of the particular product can be reduced. You can do so by going on My Orders>Order ID>Change Order. But, once the order has been shipped, you cannot change the order.

8. How can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, Click My Orders>Choose Particular Order>Click Cancel on the particular order.

9. What does the Various Product Availability Options mean?

In Stock: The item is available; we expect to deliver it in the mentioned timelines.

Out of Stock: This item is sold out and is currently not in stock

You can use any one of the following payment methods:

2. Are there any hidden charges while making payment?

There are absolutely no hidden charges. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary page. In some cases, if the courier delivery person asks for any extra charges then kindly contact us.

3. Are there additional charges that we have to pay on placing an order?

  • When you place a COD order, then Rs.60 is charged as COD charges. However, on prepaid orders no additional charges are added to your bill.
  • When you place any order of less than Rs.550 then a shipping charge (from Rs.40 to Rs. 60 as per your location in India) gets added to your bill. The shipping charges are waived off when you place an order of minimum Rs.550.
  • When you place a COD order of less than Rs.550, then both shipping charges (from Rs.40 to Rs. 60 as per your location in India) + COD charges (Rs.60) are applicable on your order.


1. How can I track my order?

As soon as we ship your order, you receive an e-mail notification with a link to track your order. You can also access this information at the top right corner “Track Order” on home page of our website Online tracking usually goes live within 24-48 business hours post shipping.

2. How long do you take to dispatch and delivery an order?

We try to serve you the best and dispatch the order in the allotted time. It depends on location of your address and the delivery option selected. At all steps of your order processing, we are in constant touch with you over phone, email and SMS to keep you updated.

We dispatch your order on the same day or the next day of order placement.

3. What are the shipping charges?

  • When you place any order of less than Rs.550 then a shipping charge of (from Rs.40 to Rs. 60 as per your location in India) gets added to your bill. The shipping charges are waived off when you place an order of minimum Rs.550.
  • When you place a COD order of less than Rs.550, then both shipping charges (from Rs.40 to Rs. 60 as per your location in India) + COD charges (Rs.60) are applicable on your order.

4. Is Homoeopathic Shop shipping outside India?

Currently, we are serving within India only. We are working hard and would plan on starting with International delivery service very soon.

5. Are there any Homoeopathic Shop retail physical store?

No, currently we are operating only on online platform. We are planning to have our physical store soon.


1. Under what conditions can I return an item purchased on Homoeopathic Shop?

Conveniently place your return request online by raising an issue in your Homoeopathic Shop account or by calling us on 9540461510 or by mailing us on our Email: [email protected]. In case of Wrong Product/Size Exchange issue can be raised within 7 days of order delivery.

Some other situations that may result in your order being cancelled include, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by you or errors in pricing information specified by us/our partners.
